It is very important to us that we listen to what you say about our school. In the section below, you will have the chance to tell us what you think.

We will only take notice of views where you have given us your name and class number, since we may wish to chat to you a little further to understand more completely what you have to say.

You can tell us things that you really like about the school and also things you would like to see happen to help us improve.

On the next page along, you will find details about the school council and any information that has come out of their meetings.

You will also find links to some interesting sites from the "Links for Children" page. You might find you can only access some of these from home due to the Lancashire protection software used in school - though we believe them to be safe sites for you to explore and have fun - with activities and games to play.

Children - this form will be sent directly to Mr. White - who is genuinely interested in your views - whether they are positive or negative.

Because it comes from the web site, I have to ask you for your name. (Otherwise one person could keep filling in the form lots of times - in which case it wouldn't give a true opinion about how people feel.

If you have suggestions about school life, they will be listened to - and I will discuss your ideas with teachers, especially the School's Senior Leadership Team.

From time to time, you will also be given a questionnaire in school to answer as carefully as you can. In that questionnaire, we don't ask for your name - so it can be completed privately.
